Next in the series of Skills Days in the Midlands to be held at Selly Park, Raddlebarn Road, Birmingham.

All standards are welcome especially beginner/intermediate players.

This time we're gonna go through some zone and more advanced techniques.

Accomodation and transport: Car from M5

Exit at Junction 4 (South Birmingham and Bromsgrove)
Take A38 to Birmingham
A38 Becomes Bristol Road South then Bristol Road, continue on the Bristol Road to Selly Oak
At Selly Oak go straight over large traffic lights (Sainsburys on left)
Go under the railway bridge
Take any of the next three right hand turns (Heeley Road, Tiverton Road, Dawlish Road)
At the top turn left into Raddlebarn Road, Selly Park is on your right

Car from M42

Exit at Junction 2, Take A441 to Birmingham and Cadbury World
Continue on A441 until you reach Cotteridge (Fire Station on right and Kings Norton Railway Station on left)
At the small island take A4040 to Selly Oak and Cadbury World
Follow A4040 to Cadbury World entrance,
Just After Cadbury World Entrance take right hand turn into Sycamore Road
Follow Sycamore Road (will turn into Willow Road)
At T junction take right turn into Raddlebarn Road
Continue along Raddlebarn Road past the shops, Selly Park in on your right

Car from M6

Exit at Junction 6, Follow A38 (M) to Birmingham City Centre
Keep on A38 (M) over flyover and 2 underpasses, will become A38
Then follow directions below (from Birmingham City Centre)

Car from Birmingham City Centre

Take A38 out of the City Centre (will start as dual carriageway and become single)
You will enter Bournbrook
Take first left hand turn after Bournbrook Fire Station and Ambulance Station (Bournbrook Road)
At the top of Bournbrook Road take a right onto Raddlebarn Road and Selly Park is on you left

By Rail

A local train service runs from Birmingham New Street to Selly Oak every 15 minutes
From Selly Oak Station walk up Heeley Road
At the top of Heeley Road take left onto Raddlebarn Road
Walk past all the shops and Selly Park is on your right

Please bring:

Light/dark top, boots, water, discs, suitable clothes for the weather, food, and as many team mates as possible!
