Jeff or I will be sending directions, etc directly to the people attending the course.

The majority of the course is classroom based; there is a short practical session during the afternoon - this will be in a sports hall - so bring trainers and appropriate kit for some light running.

You will need to bring something to eat for lunch.  Tea, coffee, water will be available.
