To all Uni teams in the South East Region,

The Holloway Ultimate (HU?) team proudly present:

 SOUTH EAST OUTDOOR ULTIMATE REGIONALS 2008 

Held in sunny Egham, Surrey on the 1st and 2nd of March 2008, this is going to be one of the best outdoor regionals you have ever entered!!

The dates and the pitches have all been finalised and so it is now down to us all to start sorting the details out. We have decided that we can hold 24 Teams for the event with an entry fee of £100 per team. This fee is required for the hiring of the obvious stuff (pitches, equipment, physio, medics etc etc.) but also for all the fun stuff as well!

This is where you come in: due to unfortunate circumstances the South East has not had a proper venue for this event for the last couple of years, but this year will be different. Therefore we are asking you for any ideas or suggestions of what you want to see at YOUR regionals tournament. Any suggestions are welcome, however outrageous they may be, but sensible ones also. Some examples being a bouncy castle, or an ice cream truck? Etc etc. so get your ultimate thinking hats on and get suggesting.

Now down to some more administration elements. 24 teams! That’s it! And the event is really only around the corner, so we need you to get back to us asap with details of number of teams(deadlines being the 16th of February). We shall then get back to you with details of payment. We also need to know asap if you are wanting accommodation for the Saturday night. We are provisionally saying that we will be able to house everyone in some way or another, but we do need a number!!! So please help us out with that also.

It’s going to be an awesome weekend or Ultimate and Japery and we, as a committee, are doing everything we can to make it the best ever! Look forward to hearing from you soon! And to seeing you in March!
