A skills day run by the ladies from the Leamington Lemmings Ultimate Club.

It will be held on Sunday 26th October at St. Nicholas Sports Centre in Warwick, and will run from 1pm to 3pm.

It's FREE and is open to ALL WOMEN of ALL ABILITIES, particularly BEGINNERS.

Trainers, comfortable loose fitting clothing, water and a disc if you have one.
