The Leamington Lemmings are an Ultimate Frisbee team based in Leamington Spa. We welcome players of all abilities, particularly beginners. This is a special practice specifically for any women interested in trying Ultimate for the first time and/or those who want to improve their technique. All ladies are welcome to attend.

It will be held at St. Nicholas Park Leisure Center, Warwick (CV34 4QY) from 1pm to 3pm.

We will provide discs and other equipment, wear trainers and comfortable clothing, if possible bring a light and dark shirt.
