The skills day is aimed at presenting the facets of the game in
individual stations. Players attend each station with others of a
similar level and each skill can be introduced, instructed or
practised. As such the skills day can be of use to anyone from the
novice to the seasoned player. Only complete beginners and pro's will
not gain anything. The pro's are more than welcome to come and help
run stations however. Skills range from cutting, man defense and lead
passes to shot selection, zone offense and hucking.
