Fitness for Ultimate - Bristol Jan 2010

On Sunday 31st January there will be a UKU Fitness for Ultimate Coaches course at David Lloyd Westbury (Bristol).  The course will be taught by Jeff Jackson, and is suitable for coaches who are already Level 1 qualified and looking to improve their knowledge of Ultimate-specific fitness training methods.

The course will involve both theory and practical elements, with part of the day spent in the gym, so participants will need to bring suitable clothing and footwear (as for indoor Ultimate).  This course is part of the overall UKU coaching structure, and successful completion will give coaches 6 credits towards their level 2 coaching qualification.

We may make places available to members that have not yet done the Level 1 course if they are part of the GB coaching set up, or if they are a senior member of one of the clubs attending WUCC 2010.
