For the time being our priorities are:

• Increase the number of Leader Awards and Level 1 courses
• Finalise the outstanding elements of the Level 2 award
• Ensure the Coaching Register is up and running for current, active coaches
• Recruit additional Coach Educators to enable us to run more Level 1 courses in particular

Beyond that the next steps are likely to include

• A review and update to the content and approach to Levels 1 and 2 within the context of the broader UK Coaching Framework
• Looking at development of an Elite coaching pathway in combination with the broader GB Ultimate programmes
• Working with coaches that focus on introducing and coaching ultimate to children to increase the wider ultimate community's expertise in this specialised area
