Next in the series of Skills Days in the Midlands to be held at Selly Park, Raddlebarn Road, Birmingham.

All standards are welcome especially beginner/intermediate players.

This time we're gonna go through some zone and more advanced techniques.

The Copa is once again coming indoors, but it'll be a little late for Christmas, so Flyght Club introduce the first ever Copa de Cupid!

Mixed Indoors - so 2 of one gender and 3 of the other, offence chooses.

We are holding two UKUA Coaching courses at Crystal Palace: Level 1 Coaching Award and a new course "Fitness for Ultimate Coaches" which will - in the end - count towards the Level 2 qualification (more details to be released later this year).
