Open & Women Tour 2 2010 will be splt across two seperate venues. Provisionally we are expecting Women and Open C divisions to be held in Derby. Please do NOT book travel or accommodation to Derby until we have confirmed this venue. Open A+B divisions will be held at Birmingham.

************************** DIRECTIONS TO MOUNT ST MARYS COLLEGE Note that you need to enter the college from the entrance on Station Road (rather than the entrances in the village itself) ************************** ************************** Uni Nationals are again being staged as part of the wider BUCS Championships. The tournament will be held at Mount St Marys college, near Sheffield. For players attending the event, we will work in a very similar way to last year. There are buses to shuttle players between Sheffield city centre and the venue, and there will also be lunch boxes provided at the venue (covered by player entry fees) as the site is rather isolated. If you have qualified we now need you to confirm that you are coming asap. Qualified teams are shown in the boxes on the right hand side of this page. Teams highlighted in BOLD have registered - thanks. BUCS have sent blank team sheets to your A.U. We are also sending copies to team contacts once they have registered. You can also download the forms from this page - see links at the bottom of the page. We will need team sheets to be sent to BUCS by your AU, and will also need an indication of whether you have your own minibus/transport or if you will be using the shuttle buses. Please also send a copy of the team sheet to admin@ukultimate.com. More pre-event information is also available on the BUCS website here. We will make a PDF of that information available on for download here over the coming days. The BUCS Championships website also has details of events on Friday and Saturday nights that all accredited team members/coaches/etc are able to attend.

How to register:
Teams qualify for Division 1 or Division 2 of this event at Outdoor Regionals. Accomodation and transport:
Accommodation Teams need to organise their own accommodation. Please note that as we are part of the BUCS championships some clubs will find their Universities have already obtained accommodation in Sheffield as they do big block bookings for all their teams. The BUCS website also has links to some accommodation options. Please get in touch if you are struggling with this.
Transport As last year we have buses that will be able to transport players between Sheffield City Centre and St Marys College. At this point we have assumed that some teams/players will have their own transport - and we do need to check that we have booked enough buses - so please let us know about this asap.

2010 will see the return of regional championships that also act as qualifiers for the UKU National Championships. So far bids have been awarded for events in: Sidcup, London Spinkhill nr Sheffield Final configuration of the regions is still being finalised, but we expect to run at least four regional events. There are many reasons why the introduction of Regionals is very positive, but the key goals are: 1. To help promote ultimate competitions that are aimed at local teams and players 2. To help ensure ALL UK-based ultimate teams have a fair chance to enter and compete in the National Championships. Contact name:
