Overall Fitness PlanThis plan shows how the fitness plan builds up over the season, resulting in peak condition ready for Worlds 2010.
Print off the plan and track each month what stage of fitness training you are at. This plan will become more challenging as the year progresses so commit to it now and work hard throughout the season.
Examples of the exercises are linked from the fitness spreadsheet. If you have any questions or suffer serious pain whilst exercising contact our strength and conditioning coach immediately.
