UKU Schools Update
e-newsletter for people interested in receiving information about schools and junior ultimate.
Congratulation to Flux 1 (Twycross House School) for an epic victory at UKU U20 Nationals in Wolverhampton last weekend. Down 9-6 to AirBadgers 1 (St Peter's, Exeter) as the hooter sounded, they put in 4 in a row to win the game, inspired by a spectacular, momentum-changing diving block from MVP Ethan Morrell (back row, centre).
Many congratulations to Flux 1 (Twycross House) and AirBadgers A (St Peter's, Exeter - pictured above) for their victories in the U17 and U14 divisions respectively - and many apologies for the late publication of this news (it turns out Tournament Directors can get winter illnesses too!).
We are pleased to now open entries for UK Ultimate's Junior (U20) Indoor Nationals 2016/17.

Forty-eight (!) school teams are already signed up for UK Ultimate's biggest ever U17/U14 championships.
The event will be held at Aldersley Leisure Village on the 28/29 January 2017 - more details on the event page.
A whopping 28 U17 and 20 U14 teams have already entered - but we do have more pitches available than last year, so if there are other schools out there who have missed the initial deadline, do please get in touch and we are probably still able to squeeze you in. Please find entry details on the event page.
