Before signing up, please read the overview of the UKU Level One. This course is ideal for players or former-players who wish to gain coaching knowledge and some fundamental ultimate knowledge.

Teachers, youth workers, professional coaches - those who are already working in a coaching/leading/teaching enviroment - will find our UKU Leader Award to be a more suitable course, as a foundation introduction to the sport of Ultimate.
