| Notes |
| Temporary means membership that is only valid for 4
days (e.g. Friday - Monday). This allows a visiting or new member to play in a
Tourney without paying full fees. |
| Membership requirements for tournaments are NOT the
same as rostering requirements. |
| Juniors under 16 cannot become members due to data
protection issues, they can take part in any UKUA event (subject to
parental/legal limitations). A parent or guardian (over 16) can register on
their behalf in order to receive UKUA communications. |
| Changing membership is possible. Changing to a
cheaper membership does NOT entitle member to any refund. Changing to a more
expensive membership requires payment of the difference. |
| Students (i.e. anyone who meets the eligibility
guidelines set out by University coordinator) should NOT become Ordinary
Members as this excludes them from University tournaments. |
