We are a University team that offers all teams; open, womens and mixed. We are also very closely integrated with Mustard, the open team from Norwich!

 Practises

All university students currently studying at UEA are invited to come along to practise with us and agin better disc skills, learn the game and also have loads of fun. Most practises are followed by an impromptu social at the Union Bar.

Wednesdays 2-4pm:

Outdoor practise at the Colney Lane fields

Fridays 5-6.20pm:

Indoor practise in the Sportspark on the UEA campus

Saturdays 1-4pm:

Outdoor practise at the Colney Lane fields

Sundays 9-10.20pm:

Indoor practise that is normally reserved for 1st team/development practise in the Sportspark

All Aye-Ayes are also invited to Mustard practises and many of our players play for the Mustard open teams as well.
