Terms and Conditions
- Members must be 16 or over, or their Parent/Guardian must register on their behalf
- By registering you give the UKUA permission to store your personal information, as entered during the registration process
- The UKUA do not store your bank or credit/debit card details, should you purchase a member renewal/upgrade
- The information stored will only be used for the purposes of your UKUA membership - it will not be provided to any third parties without your prior permission, for any purpose
- If, for any reason, you wish to terminate your UKUA membership, you will be able to do so by contacting us via the website. Your details can be permanently removed from our database, if required.
- University Members must meet the eligibility criteria set out by the University Coordinator.
- Membership lasts from one year from the point of initial purchase.
- In subsequent years membership is considered to be continuous and renewed annually on the same joining/expiry date each year. I.e.
- If membership is renewed early then the new membership will continue to run until one year after the pre-existing expiry date.
- Equally, if renewal occurs after, but within one year, of expiry, the UKUA reserves the right to backdate the start date of the new membership to the expiry date of the previous year's membership.
