Tim Morrill is the leading light when it comes to Ultimate specific strength and conditioning. He’s worked with some of the biggest names and teams in the sport and he is a regular presenter at the USA Ultimate annual conferences. In short, he knows his stuff and if you want to improve your fitness for Ultimate, then you should attend this course.

The sessions are open to everyone, from first year university players looking to get on the first team to international players looking to ramp up off season training ahead of World Clubs in 2014. Tim will run through key exercises and techniques for improving your work outs and schedules.

Small Group:

This session had very limited space. The idea is to offer more 1 to 1 tuition opportunities and a chance to ask questions personal to your needs.

Strength & Power:

Attendees will leave the clinic with an understanding of how to use weightroom to develop their strength, power and overall athleticism.
