If you are have any questions or are finding the exercises too difficult / too hard, contact your team coach.

If you experience any severe pain whilst exercising, stop immediately and contact your coach.


Remember: Always make sure you are in a safe environment when exercising. Make sure no obstacles are within your working area and be sure to stay in well lit areas if working outside. Exercising in a group is safer, fun and good for motivation!
