UKU Nationals 2019 (EUCR-W) - Final Standings, Qualifiers for EUCF, Spirit Results & Lost Property

Thank you and well done to everyone that took part in UKU Nationals in Bimirmingham over the weekend! It was certainly tough at times, dealing with the heat and facing strong competition, but we hope that you all had a fantastic time.

Huge congratulations to Gravity for winning the Women's division - the first Irish team to ever win UKU Women's Nationals, to SMOG 1 for coming top in the Mixed division, and also to Clapham for finishing 1st at UKU Nationals for another year! Given that this event was also the qualifier for EUCF, a massive well done also goes to Chevron Action Flash, Ranelagh and Alba for qualifying for the Open division, to Iceni qualifying in the Women's division, and to Deep Space and SMOG 2 for taking the remaining qualifying spots in Mixed.

The full final standings for the event can be found on the online schedule: UKU Rankings have also been updated to take into account the most recent Round of events. These can be found on the Club Ultimate Results pages.

Congratulations to PELT (Mixed), Gravity (Women's) and Devon 1 (Open) for winning their respective Spirit of the Game awards! The full breakdown of SotG scores and the results tables can be found here:

Please contact so that we can arrange for the award to be delivered to you.

Please note that a few spirit submissions had to be deleted due to being submitted after the submission deadline. Also, the following teams did not submit their spirit scores at all:

- Clapham

- PELT (Open)

Please remember that for spirit scores to be counted they HAVE to be submitted by midnight of the final day of the event, which in this case was midnight on Sunday 25th August. Don't forget that having a spirit captain or a designated player thinking about SotG over a tournament weekend is a great way to ensure that your spirit scores are submitted after every game as well!

Also, lost property has now been posted on the UK Ultimate Facebook Page so please check on there to claim any items that you have lost. If it is yours then please comment on the image stating how you would like to get it back and a member of UKU will be in touch to arrange when/how it will be collected. Please note that items can be posted to you for a reasonable fee or collected from UKU Beach Nationals. Any items not claimed by the end of FRIDAY 13th SEPTEMBER will be disposed of.
