UKU Nationals 2021 - Confirmed Schedule, NEW Car Parking Available & Infection Control Policy Details

We are pleased to now CONFIRM the UKU Nationals schedule ahead of the weekend.

Since the draft was published, no changes have been made, but please double check it to ensure that you have your team's correct start time. The schedule link can be found on the Nationals Event Website HERE, where you can also access the spirit links and other important information for the weekend.

Please make sure that you have the schedule link saved on your phone as the event schedule will be ONLINE ONLY over the weekend. There will be no up-to-date paper copy available at the TD desk to view, although there will be QR codes posted around the venue that will link you to the schedule, as well as the Event Website and Spirit Links.

Please note ALL TEAMS taking part in UKU Nationals need to ensure that their team rosters are up to date on the GoMembership system BEFORE Saturday morning, with all players having up-to-date FULL membership for the event.

We have been able to secure car parking space at the Nottingham Hockey Centre which adjoins the Highfields Sports Complex which means that you'll be able to be closer to the venue (rather than needing to park on Campus)!

The Pitch Map on the Event Website has been updated to reflect the correct location for the car park.

The entrance is quite easy to find, just follow the signs for Nottingham Hockey Centre and use the traffic lights to turn into the venue from University Boulevard.

As you come into the car park, please ensure that you drive all the way to the end of the grass car park so that we can fill up spaces from the end furthest away from the entrance. This is also actually the closest point to the entrance path into the venue.

Cars will be permitted to stay in the car park overnight on Saturday but they will be locked in at 7pm sharp and you will not be able to gain access until Sunday morning. All cars and belongings are left at the owners' risk.

To help provide clarity on the processes that will be in place over the weekend, the Infection Control Policy for UKU Nationals 2021 can be accessed HERE:

We kindly ask all players to read this document before the weekend. It includes information on testing requirements, what will be available for players on site (e.g. sanitiser and masks), and what will happen in the event that an individual starts showing symptoms or tests positive at the event.
