UKU Ranking Events - OPEN & WOMEN’S 2019

Early Bird entries are now OPEN for Moor Lane 2019 - the Women’s & Tier 1 Open event taking place in Birmingham on 13th-14th July 2019 - and we can confirm that the Northern Open & Women’s Round 2 event, now called “Junction 7” will be taking place at Sale United FC on 22nd-23rd June 2019!

Junction 7 entries are now open with the other 2nd Round Tier 2 events - Rhymney Cup & Midsummer Madness - until 22nd May. You can enter using the GoMembership website. Please note that as capacity is limited at this venue, priority will be given to the Women's teams that wish to enter and then the remaining spaces will be allocated to the Open division.

Full details for the 3rd Round Open & Women’s event Moor Lane can now be found on the UKU Event Page and you can enter on the GoMembership website HERE. Unfortunately, due to no bids being received and difficulty finding venues, an Open Tier 2 NORTH event will no longer be taking place on 13th-14th July. The only Open Tier 2 events that will be taking place are Moor Lane (Midlands) and Edenbridge (South East).

To clarify, the entry opening/closing dates* for the Open & Women’s Round 3 events are as follows:

Women’s & Tier 1 Open Early Bird Entries Open - Moor Lane ONLY: 17th April

Early Bird Entry Deadline: 15th May

Remaining Women’s & Tier 2 Entries Open: 16th May (Edenbridge & Moor Lane only)

Entry Closing Date: 12th June

Also, don't forget that entries for Nottingham Windfarm 2019 close NEXT WEDNESDAY! We are missing quite a few teams so get your teams entered now before it's too late.

*If you’re not yet aware, these events are now using the NEW Club Outdoor Event Entry Process. This means that currently only Early Bird entries are being accepted for Moor Lane. If you enter in this period (before 15th May) you will be subject to the harsher drop out penalties should you no longer wish to participate in the event, however you will also benefit from earlier confirmation of whether you have been awarded a space at the event and a slightly reduced team entry fee. If you are not sure whether this type of entry is suitable for your team, entries will remain open until the Closing Date (12th June) to allocate remaining spaces at the Moor Lane event and the places at the two Tier 2 events (please see dates above). Full details can be found in the new entry procedure document, which we recommend that you familiarise yourself with, and if you have any questions then please email and we will be happy to help.
