UKU/BUCS University Women's Indoor Regionals 2019-20 - Final Standings, Spirit Results & Nationals Qualifiers

Congratulations to all of the teams that competed at University Women's Indoor Regionals. We hope that you all had a great weekend!

Well done to everyone that took home the winner trophy and also to those that qualified for University Women's Indoor Nationals, taking place on 8th-9th February 2020 at Ravenscaig, Glasgow. The full final standings and qualifiers can be found here: http://bit.ly/UWIR2019Results.

Please don't forget that you need to confirm NO LATER THAN WEDNESDAY 27th NOVEMBER if you are NOT taking up your qualification spot by emailing events@ukultimate.com, and also letting your AU/BUCS know. This will then give us enough time to award the spot to another team.

Entries for UWIN will be open via your AU/BUCS from Tuesday 3rd December until Thursday 19th December. Please make sure that if you've qualified for Nationals, you have entered the event by the entry deadline and before your AU closes for the Christmas break!

Huge congratulations to the teams that won the Spirit of the Game award from the weekend. The full breakdown of SotG scores and the results tables can be found here: http://bit.ly/UWIR2019SpiritResults

Please remember that for spirit scores to be counted they HAVE to be submitted by midnight of the final day of the event, which in this case was midnight on Sunday 24th November, to be counted. Unfortunately a number of scores had to be deleted for this event as they were submitted after the deadline. Having a spirit captain or a designated player thinking about SotG over a tournament weekend is a great way to ensure that your spirit scores are submitted after every game!

Also, please make sure that you select whether your score is for a repeat game i.e. you have already played that opponent that weekend, as otherwise it looks like you've just submitted a score twice by accident and it may be deleted. It may be beneficial for you to make sure that all of your teams understand how the spirit scoring system works as well, as a lot of extremely high/low scores were submitted with no explanation.
