Coach Ultimate
Coaching is an important part of the growth of Ultimate and coaches can have a significant and positive impact. Coaching provides an opportunity to join the Ultimate community, and a way to stay connected to the sport.
Coaches need to be able to communicate successfully, build relationships based on mutual respect, and create positive environments for participants. Those who might make excellent coaches are players or ex-players with a passion for the sport, teachers, parents and coaches of other sports.

We want to find more ways to help clubs, groups and individuals, so we've put our Level 1 Coach Education material online and it’s FREE for UKU Members.* Our aims is to help people take their first steps into coaching, provide easier access to coaching qualifications and offer support to those who are already coaching. We want players and participants to have a brilliant experience, and coaching is a key part of this.
