This event is one of the UKU Club Open Indoor Qualifiers, 2025-26. This qualifier is on 17-18 Jan 2026 at Marjon.

Important Reminders:
All players must have basic UKU Membership and be rostered to the relevant team on JustGO. Random roster checks will be carried out over the weekend. Full details on requirements for roster / eligibility checks can be found in the Event Specific Rule Appendix of the UKU Tournament Rules.
Please only take water bottles and other essentials (such as inhalers) to the pitches. You must NOT have bags or other belongings on the sidelines. Only those playing current games should be on the pitches.
Post game calls and Spirit circles should be done off the pitches. Do not block public walkways or fire exits.
It is never worth endangering yourself or others to get the disc. Always be aware of other players and your surroundings.

Surface:
Hardcourt. Please wear non-marking indoor trainers.
Parking / directions:
Please note that parking on campus is no longer free on the weekend and there is now a 50p per hour charge. You can use the main campus carpark for the Sports Centre.
Timing:
Saturday and Sunday, 09:00-17:00.
On arrival a representative from you team should report to the TD desk.
Personal belongings:
Please use the lockers outside the changing rooms for your bags. Please only take water (placed against the wall) and essentials such as inhalers to the pitch. Do not take spare shirts, jumpers, bags or other belongings into the hall.
Food:
There is a café on site and other food options a short walk from the venue.
Please do NOT take food or drink into the hall itself, other than water in a properly sealed container.
Safety and medical:
Please remember that it is never worth endangering yourself or others to get the disc. You must remain aware of other players and your surroundings.
First aid will be provided by the venue staff, see reception.

Spirit of the Game:
All teams should have a nominated Spirit Captain. Please ensure to enter your scores after each game or by the end of play on each day.
