Twenty editions in, and we still haven’t learned our lesson. Copa de Crimbo is back: a weekend of mixed indoor Ultimate at Nottingham’s Wildcats Arena, where 28 teams trade dignity for layouts on three full-sized courts. This year’s theme is Maximum Christmas, so if your costume doesn’t have fairy lights, try harder. Then it’s off to the Boat Club for a party your legs will definitely regret. Secret Santa, questionable dance moves, all skill levels welcome. Peak festive. Minimal shame.
This event is organised by Tom Styles and the Copa Team and has not been reviewed or sanctioned by UK Ultimate.

The party is at the boat club and it’s where we spend a good portion of our budget. The boat club is a sport social club rather than a bar so the prices are good.
While Copa de Crimbo is an adult event we have a long history of welcoming juniors playing alongside adults. Juniors will remain the responsibility of their responsible adults throughout the event.
