Important Reminders:
All players must have basic UKU Membership and be rostered to the relevant team on JustGO. Random roster checks will be carried out over the weekend. Full details on requirements for roster / eligibility checks can be found in the Event Specific Rule Appendix of the UKU Tournament Rules.
Please only take water bottles and other essentials (such as inhalers) to the pitches. You must NOT have bags or other belongings on the sidelines. Only those playing current games should be on the pitches.
Post game calls and Spirit circles should be done off the pitches. Do not block public walkways or fire exits.
It is never worth endangering yourself or others to get the disc. Always be aware of other players and your surroundings.

Surface:
Rubbercrumb. All players, coaches and spectators should have moulded studs. No blades or metal studs, or flat shoes / astros. Spectators can wear trainers if they stay off the playing area.
Only water / sports drinks can be consumed on the pitches, no food or hot drinks.
This venue requires portable pitch lines. Please be careful when playing and moving around the venue to avoid tripping over them.
Parking and directions:
The venue is best accessed from the M4 Eastbound/Westbound. Exit the M4 at J3, taking the exit onto the A312 (The Parkway) heading south at the roundabout. Take the first left onto High Street. Continue on High Street through 1 roundabout. Cranford Community College is on your left.

If travelling by car or minibus, please use the car park to the north of the buildings. This is sometimes very busy so please give yourself enough time. There is now a charge for parking - please follow instructions in the carpark to avoid being fined.
Timing:
Saturday 13:00-20:00, Sunday 13:00-19:00.
On arrival a representative from you team should report to the TD desk.
Clothes:
This venue can get very cold, please bring warm clothes for the time between your games.
Food:
There is no food available on site and very few options within walking distance so we recommend bringing food for the day.

Spirit of the Game:
All teams should have a nominated Spirit Captain. Please ensure to enter your scores after each game or by the end of play on each day.
