Important Reminders:
All players must have basic UKU Membership and be rostered to the relevant team on JustGO. Random roster checks will be carried out over the weekend. Full details on requirements for roster / eligibility checks can be found in the Event Specific Rule Appendix of the UKU Tournament Rules.
Whilst you are welcome to use the sink in the kitchen to fill up your water bottles, you are not allowed to use the plates, mugs etc in the cupboards. These are for Wildcats Staff so please do not use them.
Please only take water bottles and other essentials (such as inhalers) to the pitches. You must NOT have bags or other belongings on the sidelines. Only those playing current games should be on the pitches.
Post game calls and Spirit circles should be done off the pitches. Do not block public walkways or fire exits.
It is never worth endangering yourself or others to get the disc. Always be aware of other players and your surroundings.

Playing Surface:
Rubbercrumb. All players, coaches and spectators are advised to use moulded studs. No blades or metal studs. Trainers/flat shoes may be worn.
Timing:
Saturday 08:00-17:00, Sunday 08:00-18:00. On arrival a representative from you team should report to the TD desk.
Food:
There is a café on site but we cannot guarantee what their provision will be so please bring what you need with you for the day.
Safety and medical:
Please remember that it is never worth endangering yourself or others to get the disc. You must remain aware of other players and your surroundings.

Spirit of the Game:
All teams should have a nominated Spirit Captain. Please ensure to enter your scores after each game or by the end of play on each day.
