Rough Timings are Saturday 0900-1700, Sunday 0900-1700. Masters Mixed will be a two-day event and all other divisions will be a one day event on Saturday. We will look to merge Masters and Grandmasters division where possible whilst also giving Grandmasters teams the chance to play against each other. If any Grandmasters Mixed teams would like to play on both days, please enter the Masters Mixed division.
Entry process
After the entry deadline, the list of confirmed teams will be published. At this point entries may still be possible on first come first served basis subject to availability. Event planning may change based on the number of teams entered.
Team Fees & Player Fees
There will be a £165 team fee and £16.50 player fee for this event. All players must have up-to-date full membership for this event.

The payment of player fees acts as the active roster for this event, you do not need to submit a separate roster anywhere else. You must meet the TD to sign off your roster before the start of your first game.
