UKU Club National Championships 2024 will return to Highfields Sports Complex, University of Nottingham, on 30-31 August.

Rough Timings are Saturday 0900-1800, Sunday 0900-1700
Entry process
After the entry deadline, the list of confirmed teams will be published. UK teams qualify for UKU Nationals via Regionals.
Team Fees & Player Fees
£200 team fee paid at the point of entry, £20 player fee after confirmation of entry. All players must have up-to-date full membership for this event.
Rosters
The payment of player fees acts as the active roster for this event, you do not need to submit a separate roster anywhere else. You must meet the TD to sign off your roster before the start of your first game.

Venue

TRAM - Please be mindful whenever you need to cross the tram track, either in a car or by foot. Please check both ways.
NO DOGS - PLEASE tell all friends and family planning to come along and watch that dogs are NOT permitted on site at the fields.
ON ARRIVAL - report to the TD Desk to receive any important notices, sign off on your roster and to collect your team disc.
There will not be a separate captain’s meeting, but every team should make sure that a representative checks in on arrival.
SHOWERS & TOILETS - changing rooms, showers and toilets will be located on site. Signs will indicate which are male and female.
TRAVEL - the venue is a 20 minute bus / 10 minute car journey from Nottingham Station.
CAR PARKING - Parking is available at Beeston Hockey Club: University Blvd, Nottingham NG7 2PS. Please use the end of the car park closest to Highfields Sports Complex. We will direct you to overflow parking if need be. You can access Highfields directly from Beeston Hockey Club through a gate shown on the pitch map.
WATER - water will be available from taps based in and around the main building. There are also outdoor taps on the back of the cricket pavilion. We recommend that players bring at least two 1 litre water bottles with them.
Food
Food will be available on site and there are a number of shops a short walk away.
Medical Support
First aid / emergency cover will be available located near the TD desk or pavilion.

General
Keep the sidelines clear - gaps between the pitches are for safety, please do not sit in narrow gaps or leave items such as kit bags, chairs, tents or prams. Certain sidelines are for players only.
Please do a visual check of the playing area and remain vigilant for any potential hazards on and close to the pitch.
Please take off your jewellery / watch / fitbit, etc, following rule 3.4. in the WFDF Rules of Ultimate.
This event will follow the UKU Tournament Rules.
Please ensure your team has a Spirit Captain. The Spirit form is linked from the schedule. Please submit scores promptly, ideally after each game. Scores submitted after midnight on the last day of the event may not be included in Spirit data.
