Tournament entries are managed via BUCS, please talk to your AU so they can enter your team(s).
University Men’s Indoor Regionals (UMIR) will be held over 7-8 Nov and 14-15 Nov 2026 for all regions. Please note the following dates for different regions:
7-8 Nov - Yorks & East Mids, NE & NW, South West, West Mids & Wales
14-15 Nov - East & London, Scotland, South East (one day)

Every university team (including second and third teams …etc) should each have a Spirit Captain at events. SOTG resources can be found here. Please ensure your Spirit scores are submitted promptly using the button which will be at the top of this page, ideally after each game or by the end of play on each day. Scored submitted after midnight on the last day of the event may not be included in Spirit data.
This event will follow the UKU Tournament Rules.

All players must have at least basic UKU Membership and be rostered to the relevant team on BUCSPlay. Random roster checks will be carried out over the weekend - please ensure everyone has their student ID card with them. Full details on requirements for roster/eligibility checks can be found in the University Event Specific Rule Appendix of the UKU Tournament Rules.
Please only take water bottles and other essentials (such as inhalers) to the pitches. You must NOT have bags or other belongings on the sidelines. Only those playing current games should be on the pitches.
Post game calls and Spirit circles should be done off the pitches. Do not block public walkways or fire exits.
Remember it is never worth endangering yourself or others to get the disc. Always be aware of other players and your surroundings.

Directions: The venue is best accessed from the M4 Eastbound/Westbound. Exit the M4 at J3, taking the exit onto the A312 (The Parkway) heading south at the roundabout. Take the first left onto High Street. Continue on High Street through 1 roundabout. Cranford Community College is on your left.

Parking: If travelling by car or minibus, please use the car park to the north of the buildings. This is sometimes very busy so please give yourself enough time. There is now a charge for parking - please follow instructions in the carpark to avoid being fined.

Other info: No metal studs should be worn on the synthetic pitch. Moulded studs or cleats are recommended.

There are important requirements about keeping bags at the edge of the room, and staying in certain areas when not directly involved in games. This is about maintaining the field in good condition, which affects the venue’s FIFA rating. Please respect these rules.
