2025-26 Club Indoor Qualifiers: Confirmed Teams

Sadly it is not possible to fit all teams into their first choice event - so do please check the information in case you are on the Waitlist. If you have entered a team which is listed on one of the waitlists in the link above, you should have received an email with information about waitlists and spaces at alternative events. The same information is also shown below.
Teams have been selected on the basis of the criteria outlined in Section 7 of the UKU Terms & Conditions of Tournament Entry. Please note that following a review of these criteria in 2022, affiliated clubs receive a maximum of two priority bids per division.
We do have remaining spaces at some events and where we have additional capacity we have reopened entry on a first come, first served basis.

For events that are now at capacity we can add you to the waitlist for those events in case of a dropout. Please email events@ukultimate.com if this applies to you.

We would also like to highlight that due to a low number of entries, we have made the decision to cancel COIQ due to take place in Windsor on January 10-11th 2026. Teams who entered this event will be given priority for spaces at any other COIQ that still has space or will be able to get their entry refunded.

Waitlist Teams
We understand that is disappointing for teams who do not get allocated spaces at events and are placed onto waitlists and we will do our best to accommodate waitlisted teams at alternative events.
If you are a waitlisted team and would like to take one of these spaces as outlined below, please contact events@ukultimate.com before midday on Monday 17th November.
In the Mixed Division, we are able to offer priority for spots at any of our other CXIQ events to the teams on the waitlist for CXIQ Wildcats on Jan 24-25 2026. These events are:
Swindon, 29-30 November 2025
Windsor, 17-18 January 2026
Dundee, 24 January 2026
Teams who are currently on the waitlists will be given priority for these spaces for a limited time. These spots will be allocated by the order of the waitlist which has been determined with a random draw.
All places that remain unallocated after the waitlist-deadline below will be awarded on a first-come-first-served basis. This applies to all events.
If you are a waitlisted team and would like to take one of these spaces, please contact events@ukultimate.com before midday on Monday 17th November.
It will be possible to enter first-come-first-served to all events with unallocated spaces after Mon 17th Nov if you prefer to stay on the waitlist for your event (in case of dropouts).
