Conduct committee outcome, 15 May 2025

UKU

The outcome of a UK Ultimate Conduct process regarding the actions of Andrzej Zaród at 2025 Univeristy National Championships has concluded in the following:

Mr. Zaród's behaviour fell substantially below acceptable standards in relation to the following three principles:

Spirit of the Game: members are expected to support and protect the Spirit of the Game.

Respect: members are expected to be respectful in dealing with their team-mates, opponents, staff, volunteers and spectators – both on and off the field.

Safety: members are expected conduct themselves in a safe and orderly manner – both on and off the field.

Consequently, the decision was made to impose a ban of four full games effective immediately. This ban includes participation in the game, warm-ups, team huddles, and team throwing/drills. The ban prohibits attendance on the sidelines during the games where the ban is being served. This ban is to be served at the next UK Ultimate or UK Ultimate sanctioned event the player is scheduled or rostered to attend.
