UKU Indoors Season 2025-26 Update

We wanted to provide an update on our planning for the 2025-26 University, Juniors and Club Indoors Seasons.

Juniors

It is our intention to run three qualifying one-day qualifying events for U14/U17 Indoor Open Nationals to split the event Division 1 and 2. We are planning to run one event in Manchester, one in Swindon and one in the South East, aiming to hold the events on the weekends of 22-23 or 29-30 Nov. This will help manage the number of teams at Nationals and hopefully allow all teams to have more playing opportunities. We are still in the process of confirming venues for these qualifiers and Division 2 but will provide information about them as soon as possible.

Unfortunately SGS Wise, where we have held Junior Women’s Indoor Nationals for a number of years, are in the process of demolishing their indoor 3G but we are in the process of booking an alternative venue (also indoor 3G) in Swindon which we think will work well for the tournament.  This does mean the event will be on a Sunday rather than Saturday, but we have been able to keep it on the same weekend as the past few years.
